CAI-NJ to Host Inaugural Business Partner Educational Program

Community association service providers are encouraged to attend this informative program.

MERCERVILLE, NEW JERSEY — In a year of many firsts, Community Associations Institute – New Jersey Chapter (CAI-NJ), is proud and excited to announce yet another first: the inaugural Business Partner Educational Program. This program is planned exclusively for CAI-NJ’s Business Partner members: companies and individuals who provide professional services or products to community associations. The title of the program is Business Insurance: What You Need to Know and the speakers will discuss what types of insurance are necessary to run your business effectively in the ever-changing business and insurance climates.

Speaking at the program will be Ryan Fleming, Vice President, JGS Insurance and Paul Samson, CSP, CFPS, ARM, MS, Regional Manager, Harleysville Insurance Group. The specific topics to be covered are current insurance trends, risk management, online exposure, cyber security, loss control and professional liability exposure. “I am very excited to have programs dedicated specifically for Business Partners!” declared James Rademacher, Rezkom Enterprises, 2009 CAI-NJ President and Chair of the 2013 Business Partner Committee, “the Business Partner-specific programs will add value for our Business Partner members.”

The same program will be hosted three separate times: on Tuesday, September 24th Wilkin & Guttenplan, P.C. in East Brunswick, New Jersey and Wednesday, October 9th at MAMCO Property Management, AAMC in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The moderators are H. Edward Wilkin III, CPA, Wilkin & Guttenplan, P.C. on September 24th and Graceanne Welsh, AMS, Kipcon on October 9th. The third date and location will be announced shortly but will be in Northern New Jersey. Registration for all programs begins at 10:30 a.m. and each program runs from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. with a “working lunch” during the session. These three dates and locations follow CAI-NJ’s 2013 theme of “Bringing Benefits to Your Doorstep.” CAI-NJ hopes that by hosting the program on three dates in three locations, more Business Partner members will be able to attend the program that is most convenient for them.

Registration is $40.00 in advance and $55.00 on-site for CAI-NJ members and $75.00 in advance and $90.00 on-site for non-members.
